About the title of this blog

A long time ago in a period known as the early 90's there was a commercial for a board game called "Guess who?" in which the game cards talked. This made some kids think that the game cards talked in real life for a yet to be explained reason. The parents of those disenfranchised kids went to media and a firestorm (not the DC Superhero guy) started that was a media scandal on a level in between the Milli Vanilli's lip-synching allegations and the "Fatty" Arbuckle trial (okay maybe not but it made the newswires)

So in response they added a "Game cards do not actually talk" disclaimer as to not disappoint the fragile minds of early Gen Y kids.

The only thing I do not understand is why this Connect Four ad did not have to say at the end "Checkers do not actually turn into cartoons"?
